The design studio of Gautham Vijayasankar Raja is built on a dream that began in childhood.
Growing up, Gautham and his younger brother Preetham spent their time drawing comics, making art, and experimenting with short films. They often talked about starting a creative studio together one day, “Tham Studios”, named from the last four letters of their first names. Years later, that childhood idea evolved into Tham Designs.
Today, Gautham designs complex digital products, brands, and visual experiences, helping organizations turn complicated systems into clear, human-centered solutions.

Tham Designs is built on this simple belief at its core.
Beyond product design, Gautham continues to explore creativity in many forms. He has worked on short films, community theater, and collaborations with people across entertainment, public service, history, and nonprofit organizations, experiences that shaped a deep curiosity about human behavior, aesthetics, taste, and culture.
He also co-created LearnTamilWithUs, an Instagram channel with his wife, Amanda, that grew to 150,000 followers in 2023 and was featured by regional YouTube channels in India. While the project paused due to the workload, the idea may return in a different form.
Gautham also runs Tham Collective, a sister venture that hosts DJ nights, interactive digital experiences, dating events, and other gatherings designed to bring people together through art, technology, and shared experiences.
